“One Country Two Systems”

“One country, two systems”, that is, one country and two systems, is the basic national policy proposed by the Chinese government to achieve peaceful reunification of the country. According to Deng Xiaoping’s argument, “one country, two systems” means that under the premise of one China, the main body of the country insists on the socialist system, and Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan maintain the original capitalist system for a long time.
“One country two systems” is the former People’s Republic of China leader Deng Xiaoping in order to achieve the goal of unity and the creation of the Chinese policy is the main policy of People’s Republic of China government in Taiwan, Hongkong, Macao and two Special Administrative Region of the system. The Hongkong question, the Macao question and the Taiwan question are all problems left over by history. It is the common aspiration of the Chinese nation to solve these problems and achieve national reunification. The solution of the Taiwan question and the realization of national reunification are a solemn and sacred mission for all Chinese people. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese government has made unremitting efforts for a long time. The basic policy of the Chinese government in solving the Taiwan question is peaceful reunification and one country, two systems”.
